If i asked you what your fitness goal is, what would you say?
Maybe something like ‘Lose weight’ ‘Get abbs’ ‘Get rid of my cellulite’ ‘skinner arms’ ?
These were my ‘fitness goals’ for SO LONG… but I never truly achieved them. Why? Because they are NOT GOALS. Goals should be measurable and attainable… how can you measure or attain ‘lose weight’? How much weight is enough?
Once I changed my fitness goals to be REAL GOALS I got the results I always hoped for. Goals like:
Run a sub 7 minute mile
Do 20 push ups on my toes
Squat 120 lbs
Let’s create goals you will achieve together!
