Arbonne Protein Muffins

Arbonne Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins

Give these muffins a try! Don’t forget the Streusel!

For the muffin:

  • 4 scoops of Arbonne Vanilla Protein
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/2 Apple, chopped
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking soda & powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon

For the streusel topping:

  • 1/8 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 4 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a medium size bowl, whisk egg whites until fluffy THEN add apple sauce
  3. In a separate large bowl. combine all dry muffin ingredients and chopped apple
  4. Slowly add the egg white mixture into the dry ingredients bowl while mixing the ingredients
  5. Spray muffin tins with coconut oil non stick spray and fill the muffins 3/4 of the way up
  6. For the Streusel: mix all strudel ingredients in a bowl
  7. Top the muffins in the tins with the streusel topping
  8. Swirl the streusel into the muffins with a knife or large tooth pick
  9. Add muffins into the oven on top of a cookie sheet (so the bottom of the muffins don’t burn!)
  10. Cook for 20 minutes or until they pass the tooth pick test (stick a tooth pick in and comes out clean)
